Tear & Share Steak Salad – Air Fryer Recipe

method

  1. Cover the steaks in the mustard, pepper and honey. Set to one side.
  2. Air fry the ciabatta at 200°C for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
  3. Remove and rub with the clove of garlic.
  4. Air fry the steaks at 200°C for 7 minutes or until they reach your preferred internal temperature, see chart below.
  5. Remove the steaks, leave to rest for a couple of minutes, then slice.
  6. Serve with the salad and combined dressing ingredients.

2 thick beef steaks
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon honey
ciabatta loaf, sliced
1 clove garlic
Salad
1 Little Gem lettuce, leaves left whole
200g cherry tomatoes, halved
100g blue cheese, roughly chopped
Dressing
1 tablespoon extra virgin
olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon freshly
chopped basil
