- In a large bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients, apart from the noodles.
- Pour into the basket and air fry at 200°C for 10 minutes, or until the chicken begins to brown a little.
- Internal temperature 74°C
- In another bowl, cover the noodles in boiling water, leave for 5 minutes, then drain.
- Serve the cooked chicken on top of the drained noodles and pour over the remaining sauce from the basket.
