- In a bowl, toss the chips in a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Air fry at 180°C for 20 minutes or until nicely browned.
- Arrange three bowls: one with the flour, another with a mixture of the egg, sriracha and honey, and a final bowl with the breadcrumbs.
- Starting with the flour, then the egg mixture, and finally the breadcrumbs, dip the chicken in each and finish by pressing in the breadcrumbs to fully coat.
- Air fry at 190°C for 15 minutes or until nicely browned and cooked through. – Internal temperature 74°C
- Mix together the sriracha and mayo to make a sauce. Serve everything together.
Single basket?
Air fry the chips first, then remove and cover with foil to keep warm while the chicken cooks. If needed, reheat the chips in the air fryer for a few minutes, after the chicken is cooked.
