- Toss the onion, tomatoes and whole garlic in a little oil. Season with salt and pepper, then air fry at 200°C for 10 minutes, or until the onions are browned a little.
- Tip the contents of the air fryer into a large bowl. Squeeze the garlic from its skin, add the rest of the ingredients and blitz with a handheld blender.
- Serve with crusty bread.
