Peanut Butter Brownie – Air Fryer Recipe

method

  1. Put the butter, sugar, and chocolate in a small heatproof container and air fry at 160°C, checking every minute and stirring, until everything has melted.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted chocolate mixture with the flour.
  3. Add the beaten egg and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour into a shallow, lined baking tin.
  5. Add small blobs of peanut butter to the top and swirl with a knife to make a pattern.
  6. Air fry at 160°C for 15 minutes.
  7. Leave to cool for as long as you can, before carefully removing from the tray.

Ingredients

  • 50g butter, cut into cubes
  • 1/3 mug (60g) brown sugar
  • 50g dark chocolate, broken up
  • 1/4 mug (40g) self-raising flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 teaspoons smooth
  • peanut butter
