- Put the butter, sugar, and chocolate in a small heatproof container and air fry at 160°C, checking every minute and stirring, until everything has melted.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted chocolate mixture with the flour.
- Add the beaten egg and mix until smooth.
- Pour into a shallow, lined baking tin.
- Add small blobs of peanut butter to the top and swirl with a knife to make a pattern.
- Air fry at 160°C for 15 minutes.
- Leave to cool for as long as you can, before carefully removing from the tray.
