Leek, Potato & Camembert

method

  1. With the crisper tray removed, add the butter and leeks and air fry at 180°C for 7 minutes until the leeks begin to brown
  2. Add the mushrooms and air fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Mix in the crème fraîche and mustard and season well with salt and pepper.
  4. Layer the potatoes on top, season with salt and pepper, and spray with oil. Air fry for
    20 minutes.
  5. With 10 minutes remaining, cook your broccoli, see p213.
  6. Once the potatoes are browned and cooked through, layer the Camembert on top and return to the air fryer for 2 minutes, or until the cheese begins to brown.

  • 150g sprouting broccoli
