- With the crisper tray removed, add the butter and leeks and air fry at 180°C for 7 minutes until the leeks begin to brown
- Add the mushrooms and air fry for 2 minutes.
- Mix in the crème fraîche and mustard and season well with salt and pepper.
- Layer the potatoes on top, season with salt and pepper, and spray with oil. Air fry for
20 minutes. - With 10 minutes remaining, cook your broccoli, see p213.
- Once the potatoes are browned and cooked through, layer the Camembert on top and return to the air fryer for 2 minutes, or until the cheese begins to brown.
