- Cook the rice in your air fryer. See Video
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the soy sauce and honey, then add the salmon and spring onions.
- Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
- When the rice has 8 minutes remaining, place the salmon and all the marinade in your second basket and air fry at 200°C for 6 minutes.
- Internal temperature 50–63°C
- Add the pak choi and air fry for a further 2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the peas, see p, then stir them into the cooked rice.
- Serve the rice and peas with the salmon on top. Pour any remaining marinade from the basket over the salmon.
