Honey & Soy Salmon – Air Fryer Recipe

method

  1. Cook the rice in your air fryer. See Video
  2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the soy sauce and honey, then add the salmon and spring onions.
  3. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. When the rice has 8 minutes remaining, place the salmon and all the marinade in your second basket and air fry at 200°C for 6 minutes.
  5. Internal temperature 50–63°C
  6. Add the pak choi and air fry for a further 2 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, cook the peas, see p, then stir them into the cooked rice.
  8. Serve the rice and peas with the salmon on top. Pour any remaining marinade from the basket over the salmon.

Single basket?
You’ll need to cook your rice in a saucepan like you normally do.

3 tablespoons honey
2 salmon fillets
4 spring onions, chopped
1 pak choi, sliced
1 mug (150g) defrosted frozen peas
