- Place a loaf tin in your air fryer. Add the butter and leeks and air fry at 200°C for 5 minutes, or until the leeks begin to brown.
- Add the rice, water and stock cube. Cover tightly with foil and air fry for 18 minutes, or until most of the liquid has been absorbed into the rice.
- Carefully remove the foil and add the broccoli. Replace the foil and air fry for another 6 minutes.
- Stir in the Philadelphia cream cheese and kale. Cover again and air fry for 3 minutes.
- Serve with the cheese on top.
