- Put the spaghetti in a large pan of boiling, salted water and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain and return to the pan.
- Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the onions and garlic. Fry until the onions begin to brown.
- Add the mushrooms and fry for 1 minute.
- Add the tomatoes and fry for 1 minute.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, together with 1/2 mug (150ml) water, and bring to the boil. Season well with salt and pepper and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Mix in the cooked spaghetti and serve.
