- Put the chilli, ginger, carrot, coriander and bread in a food processor and blitz. Season well with salt and pepper.
- Add the potato and peas and pulse a couple of times to combine.
- Form into two burgers.
- Air fry at 200°C for 12 minutes, turning halfway, or until nicely browned.
- Serve with the buns, coleslaw and mango chutney.
