Green Chilli Burgers with Mango Chutney – Air Fryer Recipe

method

  1. Put the chilli, ginger, carrot, coriander and bread in a food processor and blitz. Season well with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the potato and peas and pulse a couple of times to combine.
  3. Form into two burgers.
  4. Air fry at 200°C for 12 minutes, turning halfway, or until nicely browned.
  5. Serve with the buns, coleslaw and mango chutney.

1 fat green chilli
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1 medium carrot, peeled and cut into chunks
1 tablespoon freshly chopped coriander
1 slice bread
1 medium potato, grated
1/2 mug (75g) defrosted frozen peas
2 brioche burger buns
coleslaw
mango chutney
