- In a bowl, mix the beef with the beaten egg.
- In a separate bowl, add the cornflour, season well with salt and pepper, and mix. Add the beef to the cornflour mixture to coat.
- Air fry the beef at 200°C for 8 minutes, or until browned.
- Meanwhile, to make the sauce, remove the crisper tray from the second basket. Add the garlic, ginger and red pepper to the basket and air fry at 200°C for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the rest of the sauce ingredients and air fry for another 5 minutes to heat through.
- Place the noodles in a mixing bowl, cover with boiling water and leave to soak for 5 minutes.
- Drain.
- Add the cooked beef to the sauce and stir to combine.
- Serve with the noodles, chopped oions, and the optional sesame seeds.
Single basket?
Make the sauce first (steps 4 and 5) and set to one side. Replace the crisper tray and cook the beef (steps 1, 2 and 3).
