method

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave.
  2. Then, in a mixing bowl, mix the chocolate together with the icing sugar, orange zest and almonds.
  3. Pour the sprinkles onto a plate.
  4. Divide into 24 pieces. Roll each into a ball and roll in the sprinkles.
  5. Leave to set in the fridge for an hour or so until slightly firm. No eating till then!

  • 200g milk chocolate
  • 75g butter
  • 1/3 mug (55g) icing sugar
  • zest of an orange
  • 1 mug (120g) ground almonds
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate sprinkles
