Chilli Chocolate Melting Pots – Air Fryer Recipe

method

  1. Add the butter, chocolate and chilli powder to a shallow baking tin and air fry at 180°C for 2 minutes, or until the chocolate has melted. Stir occasionally to check. Set aside to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the egg and sugar together until smooth and pale.
  3. Gently fold in the melted chocolate mixture, followed by the flour and salt.
  4. Grease your ramekins well with butter. Pour in the mixture and air fry at 180°C for
    10 minutes.
  5. Either eat directly from the ramekins, or carefully remove them by sliding a small knife around the edges, placing a plate over the top, and flipping them over.
  6. Serve with crème fraîche.

50g butter, diced
60g dark chocolate, broken up
1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
1 egg
1/4 mug (60g) caster sugar
1 tablespoon plain flour
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons crème fraîche
