- Add the butter, chocolate and chilli powder to a shallow baking tin and air fry at 180°C for 2 minutes, or until the chocolate has melted. Stir occasionally to check. Set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, whisk the egg and sugar together until smooth and pale.
- Gently fold in the melted chocolate mixture, followed by the flour and salt.
- Grease your ramekins well with butter. Pour in the mixture and air fry at 180°C for
10 minutes. - Either eat directly from the ramekins, or carefully remove them by sliding a small knife around the edges, placing a plate over the top, and flipping them over.
- Serve with crème fraîche.
