- ‘Hassleback’ your potatoes by placing a chopstick on both sides of each halved potato. Slice down to the chopsticks, creating multiple slits but without cutting all the
way through. - Air fry the potatoes and carrots at 180°C for 35 minutes or until browned and cooked through. If your carrots cook faster than your potatoes, you can take them out while you wait for the potatoes to finish.
- Meanwhile, remove the crisper tray from your second basket and air fry the onion and garlic at 200°C for 5 minutes, or until the onion begins to soften.
- Add the minced beef and air fry for 10 minutes or until browned. Season well with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir to combine. Air fry for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, mustard, red wine stock pot and boiling water. Air fry for 10 minutes to heat through. Stir in your cooked carrots.

Air fry the potatoes and carrots first until completely cooked. Remove the potatoes and carrots, along with the crisper tray, and set aside. Fry the onions and remaining ingredients. Once the meat mixture is cooked, place the potatoes and carrots on top to warm through for 5 minutes before serving.
