Make just before you serve, as the bananas will go brown if left for a long time.
- Make the Chocolate Sauce.
- Slice the banana in half lengthways and arrange on the plate or dish.
- Place 2 scoops of ice cream on the plate, pour the chocolate sauce over and sprinkle the broken-up flake over the top.
