Gluten-free Paprika Salmon with Soy & Honey

Paprika Salmon with Soy & Honey recipe

method

I love salmon as it is such a versatile fish. You can make it into pies, or dress it up in so many ways; it still retains its flavour. Here we have spiced it up and set it alongside some crunchy pak choi.

I you want to make it Gluten-free just make sure soy sauce is gluten-free.

  1. Put the rice and pilau rice seasoning on to cook in a large saucepan. After about 10 minutes, add the chopped pak choi and return the lid to the pan. Leave for 2 minutes. Mix together, leaving the lid on the pan, and set aside until needed.
  2. Put the paprika on a plate and press the salmon steaks into it.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the salmon, taking care not to burn the paprika. Once the salmon is cooked through, add the soy and honey to the pan and allow to simmer for 1 minute.
  4. Serve the flaked fish on top of the rice and drizzle over the sauce.
