- Preheat the oven to 200ºC fan oven/220ºC/gas 7.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the onions and fry until they begin to soften.
- Add the chicken and fry until it is no longer pink.
- Add the pine nuts, raisins, allspice, parsley, lemon zest and juice and the feta. Mix together and take off the heat.
- Unroll the pastry and cut it into four. Divide the chicken mixture between the four pieces of pastry. Brush the edges with water. Fold over to make 4 patties, pinching together to seal them. Place on a baking sheet and brush with the beaten egg.
- Place in the oven for 25 minutes or until the pastry is puffed up and nicely browned.
- Serve with salad.
